สำนักงานประชาสัมพันธ์จังหวัดตรังรายงานว่า วันที่ 28 ตุลาคม 2569 มีพิธีอัญเชิญถ้วยพระราชทานในงานประเพณีลากพระจังหวัดตรัง ครั้งที่ 23 ขบวนออกจากลานจัตุรัสเมืองตรังบริเวณหอนาฬิกาไปยังลานวัฒนธรรมสนามกีฬากลางจังหวัดตรัง หรือทุ่งแจ้ง เพื่อประดิษฐานถ้วยสำหรับการประกวดเรือพระ
งานครั้งนี้มีเรือพระ 82 ลำ ตามข้อมูลสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยจังหวัดตรัง แบ่งขนาดเล็ก 55 ลำและขนาดใหญ่ 27 ลำ เป็นกิจกรรมร่วมของหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น วัด และชุมชน ซึ่งนำงานช่าง การตกแต่ง และศิลปวัฒนธรรมภาคใต้มาพบกับการทำบุญช่วงออกพรรษา

Trang welcomes royal trophies for Lak Phra tradition; closing and return dates are distinct
Trang’s Public Relations Office reports that royal trophies were carried from the city clock-tower square to Thung Chaeng provincial stadium on 28 October 2026 for the 23rd provincial Lak Phra festival. They were installed for the ceremonial-boat competition.
Radio Thailand Trang reports 82 participating boats: 55 small and 27 large. The event brings together local authorities, temples and communities around craftsmanship, southern cultural performances and end-of-Buddhist-Lent observances.
