Oracle and OpenAI Announce Enterprise AI Offerings, with Access and Eligibility Conditions
Oracle announced an expanded OpenAI collaboration at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas on October 27, 2026. The companies aim to connect OpenAI models, ChatGPT and Codex with Oracle applications, data and infrastructure, supporting approved work across business systems.
The offerings include AI Workspace for enterprise information and workflows, AI Security Mesh for authorized vulnerability testing, and App Composer for building applications with Codex and operating them on OCI. IT teams retain controls over access, connections and costs.
An AI SMB Bundle advertises US$12,000 in annual OCI credits and business tools. Current eligibility requires verified, privately held, for-profit US businesses; Thai companies should not assume immediate eligibility. Individual components have separate access and usage conditions.
