กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยารายงานรอบ 06:00 น. วันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน 2569 ว่ากรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง 60% ของพื้นที่ พร้อมลมกระโชกแรงบางแห่ง อุณหภูมิสูงสุด 33–36 องศาเซลเซียส ขณะที่ภาคใต้มีฝนเพิ่มขึ้นและเสี่ยงฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง
ภาคเหนือมีโอกาสฝน 30% ภาคอีสาน 20% ภาคกลาง 40% และภาคตะวันออก 60% ตัวเลขเหล่านี้เป็นสัดส่วนพื้นที่ตามพยากรณ์ ไม่ใช่เวลาที่ฝนจะตกต่อเนื่อง ประชาชนควรหลีกเลี่ยงต้นไม้ใหญ่ ป้ายที่ไม่แข็งแรง และพื้นที่โล่งขณะเกิดพายุ
บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองในอ่าวไทยและอันดามันอาจมีคลื่นสูงเกิน 2 เมตร ชาวเรือควรตรวจประกาศก่อนออกเดินทาง ข่าวนี้ใช้รอบเช้าวันที่ 3 พฤศจิกายน ไม่ใช้พยากรณ์เมื่อคืนแทน และให้ติดตามคำเตือนอากาศแปรปรวนช่วง 5–9 พฤศจิกายนแยกจากสภาพวันนี้
Bangkok faces a 60 percent thunderstorm forecast as southern rainfall increases
The Thai Meteorological Department’s 06:00 bulletin for 3 November 2026 forecasts thunderstorms across 60 percent of Bangkok and surrounding areas, with isolated gusts and highs of 33–36°C. Southern Thailand is expected to see increasing rain and isolated heavy falls.
Forecast coverage is 30 percent in the North, 20 percent in the Northeast, 40 percent in the Central region and 60 percent in the East. These figures describe area coverage, not continuous rainfall duration. Avoid exposed places, large trees and unstable signs during storms.
Waves can exceed two metres within thunderstorms in the Gulf and Andaman Sea. Check marine warnings before travelling. This report uses the morning bulletin, distinct from the overnight forecast and the separate outlook for unsettled weather on 5–9 November.
