Bangkok rain coverage falls to 40% as Thailand watches a changeable week
Thailand’s morning forecast for 1 November 2026 gives Bangkok and its vicinity 40% thunderstorm coverage and highs of 34–36°C. Travellers should still allow for rain despite lower coverage than the overnight bulletin.
Both southern coasts have 40% coverage. Waves can exceed two metres inside thunderstorms in the Gulf and Andaman Sea, so mariners should avoid storm cells. Area percentages do not establish rainfall at an individual address.
The seven-day outlook issued on 31 October separately flags thunderstorms, gusts and isolated heavy rain for 2–6 November. Follow new bulletins rather than applying a week-long warning to every location today.
