Kraken schedules spot website and API maintenance for 29 October 2026 at 08:01 UTC, or 15:01 in Thailand, for approximately 15 minutes. Derivatives maintenance is separately scheduled for 08:00–08:15 UTC, equivalent to 15:00–15:15 Thai time.
For spot, sign-in and non-trading functions should remain available, while deposits and withdrawals initiated during the window may be delayed. Kraken advises against placing or cancelling orders during maintenance. The estimated finish is not a guaranteed reopening time.
Spot markets should pass through cancel-only and post-only stages before full functionality returns. Derivatives have a post-only period while checks continue. A separate 28 October notice also warns that Kraken Pro Prop Trading and Kraken Funded may be unavailable during the 15:00–15:15 Thai window.
