อีกประกาศในวันเดียวกันคือ Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe โมเดลเปิดน้ำหนักสำหรับถอดเสียง ระบุผู้พูด และแปลเสียง ซึ่ง NVIDIA ระบุว่าถอดเสียงได้ 40 ภาษา น้ำหนักโมเดลเผยแพร่แล้ว ส่วนรุ่น quantized ยังอยู่ในกำหนดตามมา จึงต้องแยกการเปิดโมเดลออกจากความพร้อมของทุกชุดติดตั้งสำหรับเครื่องส่วนบุคคล

NVIDIA adds RTX Spark resource controls and introduces a new speech model
NVIDIA’s 28 October 2026 update gives RTX Spark users a way to balance GPU resources between the foreground application and background agents. The feature addresses workloads where creative software and persistent AI tasks compete on one computer.
The company places the controls under System > Advanced in NVIDIA App. Windows hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling must be enabled. Users should check their own hardware and software support; the announcement does not establish an equal performance gain for every application.
NVIDIA also introduced Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe for transcription, speaker attribution and translation, claiming support for 40 transcription languages. Model weights are available, while quantized editions are still described as forthcoming. Model publication and readiness of every local deployment package are separate milestones.
RTX Spark combines Blackwell RTX graphics and a Grace CPU with up to 128GB of unified memory. The specifications and images here come from NVIDIA, rather than independent testing. The announcement does not confirm Thai pricing or availability for every laptop configuration.
