Kraken ประกาศวันที่ 6 พฤศจิกายนว่าได้ขยายความร่วมมือกับ MEXC มายังฝรั่งเศส เพื่อรองรับผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการทยอยยุติบริการของ MEXC ในประเทศนั้น ข้อตกลงเป็นการส่งต่อและช่วยเปลี่ยนผ่านผู้ใช้ ต่อจากความร่วมมือในเนเธอร์แลนด์ ไม่ใช่การประกาศซื้อกิจการ MEXC ทั้งบริษัท

MEXC referral agreement with Kraken expands to France
Kraken said on 6 November that its partnership with MEXC now extends to France, supporting customers affected by MEXC’s local wind-down. The arrangement provides referrals and transition assistance following an earlier agreement in the Netherlands. It is not an announcement that Kraken has acquired MEXC as a whole.
France’s AMF register identifies Payward Europe Solutions Limited, operating Kraken, as authorised under MiCA in Ireland and able to provide services in France through passporting. Referred customers still face identity checks and product-specific eligibility conditions. The agreement does not establish that every account has already moved or that all assets transfer under identical conditions.
For Thai readers, this is a development in European market access rather than a recommendation to open an account or move funds. Exchange users remain exposed to price, custody, operational and network risks. Authorisation and reserve reporting do not guarantee capital or establish that every product is available to customers in Thailand.
