การทดสอบอยู่ที่ epoch 132,352 และ slot 4,235,264 หลังจากกำหนด Sepolia เมื่อ 6 ตุลาคม องค์ประกอบสำคัญของ Glamsterdam คือ ePBS ซึ่งนำบทบาทผู้เสนอและผู้สร้างบล็อกเข้าไปจัดการในโปรโตคอล และ Block-Level Access Lists หรือ BALs ซึ่งช่วยให้ไคลเอนต์จัดการข้อมูลสถานะและการตรวจธุรกรรมได้เป็นระบบขึ้น
ผู้ดูแลโหนด Hoodi ต้องตรวจเวอร์ชันที่รองรับจากตารางของผู้พัฒนา และอัปเดตทั้ง execution client กับ consensus client ผู้ดูแล validator ต้องดูทั้ง beacon node และ validator client ด้วย การมีชื่อซอฟต์แวร์อยู่ในตารางไม่ได้หมายความว่าทุกรุ่นของซอฟต์แวร์นั้นรองรับอัปเกรด

Ethereum Schedules Glamsterdam on Hoodi for 26 October, With Mainnet Timing Still Open
The Ethereum Foundation announced on 16 October 2026 that Glamsterdam is scheduled for the Hoodi testnet on 26 October at 17:42:48 UTC, or 00:42:48 on 27 October in Thailand. Mainnet activation remains marked TBD.
Hoodi activation is set for epoch 132,352 and slot 4,235,264, following the scheduled Sepolia upgrade on 6 October. Core changes include enshrined proposer-builder separation, or ePBS, which manages proposer and builder roles within the protocol, and Block-Level Access Lists, or BALs, which support more structured state access and transaction validation.
Hoodi operators should check supported releases in the official tables and update both execution and consensus clients. Validator operators must consider both beacon-node and validator-client software. A client’s presence in a table does not mean every version supports the upgrade.
ETH holders and mainnet users are not being instructed to transfer funds or act on mainnet by this announcement. Mainnet timing and compatible releases will be announced separately. This is a test-network update, not a return guarantee or price forecast; digital assets retain price and technology risks.
