NASA schedules an Earth-to-space STEM conversation for 4 November
NASA announced on 3 November an educational conversation involving students, International Space Station astronaut Anil Menon and STEM creator Mark Rober. The downlink is scheduled for 11:00 EST on 4 November, equivalent to 23:00 in Thailand.
NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement hosts the event, with viewing planned on the agency’s main YouTube channel. Menon will discuss microgravity, astronaut careers and spaceflight technology. Rober will join from California to describe his path from engineering to science communication.
NASA also describes a new collaboration with ClassCrunchLabs Foundation to widen access to hands-on science and engineering learning. This is a schedule report, not a claim that the broadcast has concluded. The accompanying July photograph of Menon is archival, not an image from tonight’s event.
