กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาออกประกาศฉบับที่ 6 (289/2569) เวลา 05:00 น. วันที่ 4 พฤศจิกายน เตือนสภาพอากาศแปรปรวนช่วง 5–9 พฤศจิกายน โดยพื้นที่และช่วงเวลาที่ต้องเฝ้าระวังแตกต่างกัน ไม่ได้หมายถึงทุกจังหวัดเผชิญฝนหนักพร้อมกันตลอดห้าวัน
ประเทศไทยตอนบนอาจมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง ลูกเห็บ และฝนหนักบางแห่งในวันที่ 5–7 พฤศจิกายน เริ่มกระทบภาคอีสานก่อน แล้วจึงเป็นภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง กรุงเทพฯ และภาคตะวันออก ส่วนภาคใต้มีฝนเพิ่มและหนักถึงหนักมากบางแห่งในวันที่ 7–9 พฤศจิกายน
ประกาศเชื่อมโยงกับมวลอากาศเย็นจากจีนและลมฝ่ายตะวันออกที่แรงขึ้น ประชาชนควรหลีกเลี่ยงต้นไม้ใหญ่ ป้ายไม่แข็งแรง และพื้นที่โล่งระหว่างพายุ เฝ้าระวังน้ำป่าในพื้นที่เสี่ยง ชาวเรือควรหลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณฝนฟ้าคะนองซึ่งคลื่นอาจเกิน 2 เมตร และติดตามประกาศใหม่จากกรมอุตุฯ
TMD warns of upper-country storms and heavier southern rain
The Thai Meteorological Department issued warning No. 6 (289/2026) at 05:00 on 4 November for unsettled weather during 5–9 November. The risk windows differ by region; the notice does not predict continuous heavy rain everywhere for five days.
Upper Thailand may experience thunderstorms, gusts, hail and isolated heavy rain during 5–7 November. The Northeast is expected to be affected first, followed by the North, Central region, Bangkok and East. Southern rainfall is expected to increase during 7–9 November, with isolated very heavy falls.
The department links the changes to another Chinese high-pressure system and stronger easterly winds. Avoid exposed places, large trees and unstable signs during storms. Monitor flash-flood warnings in vulnerable locations. Mariners should avoid thunderstorms, where waves may exceed two metres, and follow subsequent official notices.
