การแข่งขัน Small AI Hackathon ของ World Bank เริ่มขึ้นในวันที่ 3–4 ตุลาคม 2569 เปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้สมัครอายุ 18–35 ปีจากประเทศสมาชิกพัฒนาโซลูชัน AI ขนาดเล็กที่ตอบโจทย์ปัญหาจริงในบริบททรัพยากรจำกัด
โจทย์การแข่งขันครอบคลุมสุขภาพ เกษตร และการท่องเที่ยว โดยผู้เข้าแข่งขันสามารถลงเดี่ยวหรือทีมไม่เกินสี่คน ผลงานต้องสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและแสดงให้เห็นทั้งคุณค่าของแนวคิด ความเป็นไปได้ และการตระหนักถึงข้อจำกัด
ทีมที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจะได้รับการพิจารณาโดย World Bank Group และผู้ชนะมีโอกาสนำเสนอผลงานใน Global AI and Digital Summit ที่กรุงโซล จุดน่าสนใจคือการให้ความสำคัญกับ AI ที่เข้าถึงได้และเหมาะกับประเทศเศรษฐกิจเกิดใหม่

World Bank Small AI Hackathon 3–4 ต.ค. 2569
The World Bank’s Small AI Hackathon takes place on October 3–4, 2026, inviting participants aged 18–35 from member countries to build compact AI solutions for real-world challenges in resource-constrained settings.
Challenges cover health, agriculture and tourism. Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to four, with English-language submissions expected to demonstrate value, feasibility and awareness of practical trade-offs.
Shortlisted projects will be reviewed by the World Bank Group, and winners may present at the Global AI and Digital Summit in Seoul. The competition emphasizes accessible AI that can work in emerging economies rather than solutions that depend on unlimited computing or data.
