Financial Conduct Authority ของสหราชอาณาจักรอัปเดตข้อมูลการขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ให้บริการคริปโตเมื่อ 8 ตุลาคม 2569 พร้อมย้ำว่า บริษัทที่ให้บริการบางประเภทในสหราชอาณาจักรยังต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดต่อต้านการฟอกเงิน และควรประเมินว่ากิจกรรมของตนอยู่ในขอบเขตใด
สำหรับระบอบกำกับใหม่ ช่วงยื่นคำขอเปิดตั้งแต่ 30 กันยายน 2569 ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2570 ก่อนกฎตาม FSMA จะเริ่มใช้วันที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2570 ครอบคลุมกิจกรรมอย่างแพลตฟอร์มซื้อขาย การรับฝากสินทรัพย์ การจัดการธุรกรรม และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Stablecoin หรือ Staking ตามเงื่อนไข

FCA Updates Crypto Registration Data as the UK Opens Its New Authorisation Gateway
The UK Financial Conduct Authority updated its crypto registration information on 8 October 2026, reminding firms that certain UK crypto services remain subject to anti-money-laundering registration requirements and must assess whether their activities fall within scope.
For the future FSMA regime, the authorisation application window runs from 30 September 2026 to 28 February 2027. The regime is scheduled to take effect on 25 October 2027 and covers activities such as trading platforms, custody, dealing, qualifying stablecoins and staking-related services, subject to detailed rules.
