กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยารายงานวันที่ 30 ตุลาคม 2569 ว่าฝนภาคใต้มีแนวโน้มลดลง แต่ยังมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ขณะที่ภาคกลาง กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล รวมถึงภาคตะวันออก ยังต้องระวังพายุฝนและลมกระโชก การที่ฝนลดลงจึงไม่ได้หมายความว่าทุกพื้นที่ปลอดภัยจากน้ำหลากแล้ว
พยากรณ์ฝั่งอันดามันระบุฝนฟ้าคะนอง 60% ของพื้นที่ และฝนหนักบางแห่งในระนอง พังงา ภูเก็ต กระบี่ และตรัง ส่วนกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑลมีฝน 40% ของพื้นที่กับลมกระโชกบางแห่ง ตัวเลขดังกล่าวเป็นสัดส่วนพื้นที่ตามพยากรณ์ ไม่ใช่โอกาสที่บ้านทุกหลังจะมีฝนเท่ากัน
บริเวณที่มีพายุฝนในอันดามันและอ่าวไทยอาจมีคลื่นสูงเกิน 2 เมตร ผู้เดินเรือควรตรวจสภาพจริงและหลีกเลี่ยงแนวพายุ ส่วนบ้านใกล้ทางน้ำและพื้นที่ลุ่มควรติดตามประกาศท้องถิ่น แม้ฝนบริเวณบ้านจะเบาลงก็ตาม
แนวโน้มภาคกลางที่ออกเมื่อ 29 ตุลาคมแยกช่วง 30 ตุลาคม–1 พฤศจิกายนเป็นช่วงมีฝน 40–60% ของพื้นที่ จึงควรอ่านควบคู่กับพยากรณ์รายวันและเรดาร์ล่าสุด ไม่ใช้แผนที่ภาพเดียวแทนสภาพอากาศตลอดวัน
Southern rain eases, but heavy falls and gusty storms remain possible on 30 October
Thailand’s Meteorological Department says southern rainfall will ease on 30 October 2026, although isolated heavy falls remain possible. Central Thailand, Bangkok and surrounding provinces, and the East still face thunderstorms and local gusts. A decline in rain does not remove runoff risks everywhere.
The Andaman coast forecast covers thunderstorms over 60% of the area, with isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi and Trang. Bangkok and its vicinity have a 40% area forecast with local gusts. These percentages describe forecast coverage, rather than an identical rain probability for every home.
Waves may exceed two metres in thunderstorms in both seas. Mariners should check conditions and avoid storm cells. Residents near waterways and low ground should monitor local instructions, including when rainfall immediately around them weakens.
The Central region outlook issued on 29 October identifies 30 October–1 November as a period of 40–60% thunderstorm coverage. Read that outlook alongside the daily bulletin and current radar; a single image cannot describe an entire day.
