Fed เสนอกรอบกำกับ Stablecoin ภายใต้ GENIUS Act
The Federal Reserve is seeking comment on two proposals that would establish a regulatory framework for Board-supervised payment stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act. The proposals focus on reserves, liquidity, redemption rights and risk-management systems.
The goal is to help dollar-referenced tokens maintain one-to-one value while reducing run risk and potential spillovers to the financial system. Issuers will need to follow the details on eligible reserve assets, reporting and examinations.
