สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. สหรัฐฯ เผยข้อเสนอปรับกรอบการดูแลสินทรัพย์คริปโตของที่ปรึกษาการลงทุน โดยประเด็นหลักอยู่ที่คุณสมบัติของผู้รับฝาก การแยกทรัพย์สินลูกค้า หลักฐานการถือครอง และกระบวนการเมื่อผู้ให้บริการประสบปัญหา
หากผ่านเป็นกฎขั้นสุดท้าย ผู้ประกอบการอาจต้องยกระดับระบบบันทึกข้อมูล สัญญากับผู้รับฝาก และการตรวจสอบภายใน ขณะที่นักลงทุนจะได้ข้อมูลชัดขึ้นว่าใครควบคุมกุญแจและทรัพย์สินถูกเก็บในโครงสร้างใด

SEC เสนอกรอบ Crypto Custody ใหม่ ปี 2026
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed an updated framework for the custody of crypto assets by investment advisers. Key issues include custodian eligibility, segregation of client assets, evidence of possession and procedures for provider failure.
If finalized, the proposal could require stronger recordkeeping, contractual safeguards and internal controls. Investors may also receive clearer disclosures about who controls cryptographic keys and how assets are held.
The proposal remains open for public comment and is not yet a final rule. Digital assets are highly volatile and regulatory outcomes may change. Readers should assess risk carefully and consult the official documents before making financial decisions.
