CoinEx has announced a phased cessation of services beginning on 15 September 2026. According to the platform’s official notice, withdrawals are scheduled to remain available until 02:00 UTC on 22 December 2026.
Users should reach the service only through its official website or application, review balances and transaction history, and verify the destination network before every withdrawal. A small test transfer and saved transaction records can reduce operational mistakes. No legitimate support agent should ask for a seed phrase or account password.
