ชาวประมงและผู้ใช้เรือเล็กควรประเมินสภาพคลื่นลมก่อนออกจากฝั่ง ส่วนผู้ขับขี่บนถนนสายหลักควรเผื่อเวลา เพราะฝนหนักทำให้ทัศนวิสัยลดลงและเพิ่มระยะเบรก

Eastern Thailand on Heavy-Rain Watch as Chanthaburi and Trat Face Flash-Flood Risk
Residents in eastern Thailand are being advised to closely monitor thunderstorms and localized heavy rain on September 15, 2026. Chanthaburi and Trat deserve particular attention because mountain slopes, low-lying communities and waterways can respond quickly to prolonged rainfall.
