วันที่ 28 ตุลาคม 2569 กรมอุตุนิยมวิทยาออกประกาศฉบับที่ 10 (282/2569) เวลา 05.00 น. ให้ภาคใต้เฝ้าระวังฝนต่อเนื่องและฝนหนักบางแห่งจนถึงวันนี้ ประเด็นสำคัญคือฝนสะสมซึ่งอาจทำให้น้ำเพิ่มอย่างรวดเร็ว แม้พื้นที่หนึ่งจะไม่ได้มีฝนหนักตลอดทั้งวันก็ตาม
ประกาศระบุความเสี่ยงน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำและพื้นที่ลุ่ม ชาวบ้านและผู้เดินทางควรติดตามคำแจ้งจากหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ควบคู่กับประกาศส่วนกลาง และหลีกเลี่ยงการฝ่ากระแสน้ำที่ประเมินความลึกไม่ได้
ประเทศไทยตอนบน โดยเฉพาะภาคกลาง ยังอาจมีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ลมกระโชกแรง และฝนหนักบางแห่ง กรมอุตุฯ แนะนำให้หลีกเลี่ยงที่โล่ง ใต้ต้นไม้ใหญ่ และป้ายโฆษณาที่ไม่แข็งแรง พร้อมวางแผนการเดินทางอย่างระมัดระวัง

Thailand Weather Warning No. 10: Southern Rain and Central Storm Risk on October 28
Thailand’s Meteorological Department issued Warning No. 10 (282/2026) at 05:00 on October 28. It expects continuing rain and isolated heavy rainfall in the South through the day. Accumulated rainfall remains a concern even where intense rain is intermittent.
The warning highlights flash-flood and runoff risks, particularly near foothill waterways and in low-lying areas. Residents and travellers should also follow local authorities and avoid crossing moving water of uncertain depth.
Upper Thailand, especially the Central region, may experience thunderstorms, strong gusts and isolated heavy rain. The department advises avoiding exposed areas, large trees and unstable billboards, and planning journeys carefully.
