Big Mountain volunteer applicants urged to check interview emails ahead of 31 October–1 November appointments
Applicants for the 2026 Big Mountain volunteer programme should check their email inboxes for interview appointments and reply to confirm their place. The organiser’s announcement supplied to MiKO says shortlisted applicants are scheduled for interviews on 31 October and 1 November 2026 in the lobby of GMM Grammy Place.
Appointment emails are due to be sent by 21 October to the addresses entered in the application form. Recipients are asked to reply to the email as confirmation. Applicants should follow their own assigned date and time rather than assume the general interview window is their individual appointment.
Registration opens at 9:30 a.m., while interviews run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The organiser recommends arriving at least 30 minutes before the applicant’s assigned interview time. All times are Thailand local time.
The announcement limits attendance to 31 October–1 November, with an exception for the sponsor coordination volunteer position. Applicants for that role should follow the specific instructions they receive. A joint volunteer meeting is scheduled for 17 November 2026 at GMM Grammy Place.
MiKO has not independently checked individual names: the Google Docs address in the supplied announcement is incomplete, so it is not reproduced as a working shortlist link. Applicants should consult the latest post on the official Big Mountain Music Festival page and their appointment email. The announcement lists infovolunteerbmmv@gmail.com as the sole enquiry channel.
There is an unresolved date inconsistency in the supplied text: it gives 21 October as the date for final selection results, before the interview dates. MiKO cannot confirm that final-results date and has not substituted a guessed correction. Applicants should seek an updated notice or clarification from the organiser.
PEPSI presents Big Mountain Village is scheduled for 12–13 December 2026 at Chokchai Farm 3. An invitation to interview is a shortlist notification, not confirmation of final selection. Promotional artwork accompanying this article is credited to Big Mountain Music Festival; the older ticket-sale dates printed on the lineup poster are not presented as a new sales announcement.
