School Trip Season Two Opens in Japan With Hioki and Watarai Facing Their Final School Year
School Trip: Joined a Group I’m Not Close to has begun its second-season broadcast on Japan’s ABC TV. The station lists Saturday, 17 October 2026, at the late-night 01:00 slot: early 18 October on the Japanese calendar, equivalent to 23:00 on 17 October in Thailand.
Hioki and Watarai are now dating and entering their final high-school year, but are assigned to different classes. The official synopsis centres on limited time together, insecurities and choices after graduation. Kodai Fujimoto and Hideyoshi Kan return as the leads.
ABC TV lists Japanese catch-up on TVer and ABEMA after broadcast, with subscription viewing on FOD. GagaOOLala also has a season-two episode-one page and official synopsis. Thai readers should check territorial and membership access directly, rather than assuming every Japanese service operates in Thailand.
ABC TV’s website now displays the episode-two preview. That is next-episode material, not a recap of episode one. The images therefore distinguish the new season’s key visual from episode-two preview artwork to keep the viewing order clear.
