OKX–ICE ยื่น SEC เปิดแพลตฟอร์มหุ้นโทเคน 24 ชั่วโมง
OKXICE, a joint venture involving OKX and Intercontinental Exchange, has filed with the U.S. SEC seeking to launch a blockchain-based platform for round-the-clock tokenized securities trading.
The proposal represents U.S. stock interests as blockchain tokens, but launch remains subject to regulatory review. Key issues include shareholder rights, settlement, custody and the link to underlying shares.
